The three individuals joining the leadership team are Mr Mabroor Bhatty as Clinical Director, Tracey McAleney as Chief Operating Officer and Sarah Hill as Head of Sales.

In accepting the role of Clinical Director, Mr Mabroor Bhatty brings decades of accumulated knowledge and distinction in the field of plastic and cosmetic surgery. His medical education began at Karachi University, after which he relocated to the United Kingdom to complete postgraduate training in plastic surgery and was admitted to the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1992. His surgical development took place within major NHS hospital environments under the guidance of training programmes conducted by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association of Plastic Surgeons, before he went on to practise as a full-time consultant. From 2010 he has worked exclusively within cosmetic surgery, building a particular reputation in facial procedures and body contouring surgery for patients following considerable weight loss. He is an active participant in international medical education, contributing both lectures and published research, and continues to travel abroad as a visiting surgeon to support reconstructive work in regions where access to specialist care remains scarce.
As the incoming Chief Operating Officer, Tracey McAleney brings a considerable body of leadership experience across private healthcare, aesthetic medicine and large-scale retail organisations. Within her new role, she will carry responsibility for operational strategy, performance enhancement and the management of growth across a network that spans multiple clinic sites, with a specific focus on improving patient experience, driving greater operational efficiency and upholding the governance and compliance standards that a growing regulated healthcare provider must maintain.
Sarah Hill joins as Head of Sales with a background of more than 15 years across private healthcare, refractive surgery and commercial leadership in multi-site environments. Her portfolio of responsibilities will encompass national sales strategy, patient acquisition performance and commercial growth across the whole clinic network. The work will involve establishing highly effective sales organisations, creating patient acquisition strategies with the capacity to grow alongside the business and delivering dependable revenue growth within the boundaries that a regulated healthcare environment demands. Throughout her career she has led large and complex teams, put in place performance measurement frameworks and ensured that sales, marketing, operations and patient service functions operate in a coordinated and effective manner, producing results that are both measurable and meaningful.
