Squire Group strengthens franchise sector offering following British Franchise Association membership

LEICESTER, UK. May 29th, 2026 –  Squire Group has announced its recent membership with the British Franchise Association (BFA), marking a further step in the company’s continued focus on supporting franchise businesses across the UK.
The Leicester-based provider delivers fire safety, intruder alarm, CCTV and compliance services to businesses operating across multiple sites.
Its BFA membership comes as the company expands activity within the franchise sector, where operators often require consistent systems and centralised oversight across several premises.
“Franchise operators need dependable partners who understand the challenges they face. Our aim is to provide joined-up fire, security and compliance services, alongside technology that allows users to access systems from their phones wherever they are,” said Jacob Squire, Digital Strategist at Squire Group.
Franchise businesses face a range of operational challenges, including maintaining security standards, meeting compliance obligations and ensuring stability across different locations.
Squire Group said its service model is designed to address those requirements through a single-provider approach covering installation, maintenance and ongoing support.
The company also reports growing demand for integrated systems that can be remotely accessed by business owners and managers.
Its current technology enables authorised users to monitor fire systems, intruder alarms and live CCTV feeds through smartphone-connected platforms, allowing visibility across sites when off premises.
The British franchise market continues to represent a significant part of the UK business landscape, spanning sectors including hospitality, retail, fitness, care and professional services.
The company added that joining the BFA will allow it to engage more closely with franchisors, franchisees and sector partners while increasing awareness of the services available to growing franchise networks.
Through its BFA membership and sector expertise, Squire Group aims to become the go-to security and compliance partner for franchise businesses nationwide.
