Cosy Homes in Lancashire has expanded its partnership with Chorley-based digital agency Bespoke, doubling its marketing retainer after the agency surpassed key lead generation targets for the initiative.
Launched in 2014, Cosy Homes in Lancashire is a collaborative effort by 13 local councils, aiming to simplify access to funding for energy efficiency upgrades across the county. The initiative helps residents obtain grants for new heating systems, insulation, and renewable technologies.
Delivered by Rhea Projects, Cosy Homes provides eligible Lancashire residents with access to free air source heat pumps, solar PV panels, and other low-carbon solutions, alongside tailored energy advice and guidance on cost-saving home improvements.
Bespoke, well-known for its web design services in Preston, was initially appointed in late 2022 to deliver a redesigned website for the initiative. Since then, the agency has been managing a digital marketing campaign focused on boosting enquiries and increasing applications for the available support.
Due to the campaign’s strong performance — particularly in generating application form submissions — Cosy Homes has now doubled its retainer with Bespoke to expand marketing efforts further.
The revised contract includes increased activity across more social media platforms, an uplift in pay-per-click advertising, and additional support via email marketing.
Cosy Homes Energy Projects Officer Andrea Howe commented: “Cold homes cause a lot of problems for people, particularly those with long-term conditions, which can put extra pressure on the health services, especially in winter.
“There are various schemes available to help people keep their homes warmer but they can be quite complex to navigate, which can put some people off accessing them.
“Cosy Homes in Lancashire, which is open to eligible Lancashire residents, helps people navigate the various types of support and access the relevant measures to help them keep their homes warm.
“The website includes explainer videos, guidance and links to the range of help available, from first-time central heating, window & door upgrades, solar panels, various types of insulation, to boiler replacement, smart heating and LED lighting.
“The aim of Cosy Homes is to be Lancashire’s ‘One Stop Shop for Warmth’ offering help and assistance to every household in the county, which is why we are pleased to have expanded our contract with Bespoke based on the success of our initial campaign.”
