Leading Preston accountancy firm launches Client Charter

A leading Preston-based chartered accountancy firm has launched a client charter, which sets out in detail the high level of service the firm’s clients can expect.

Rotherham Taylor Limited launched the charter to build on the success of a recent externally conducted client satisfaction survey, in which the firm scored at least 4.5 out of five on every measure and the majority of clients surveyed said they were so impressed with the service they had received that they had already recommended the firm’s services to others.

The commitments set out in the firm’s charter include guarantees of a free no-obligation initial meeting, a simple and easy to understand fee structure and that all enquiries will receive prompt responses.

Michael Barton, Chief Executive at Rotherham Taylor Limited, said: “We were delighted when we received the results of the client satisfaction survey.

“The charter sets out in writing our commitment to maintain the level of service that led to these excellent results.

“I know that clients both new and long-standing will value our strong commitment to continuing to provide the very best client service possible.”

To take up the firm’s offer of a free initial meeting, please call 01772 735865 or email [email protected].
