Merger set to clean up

The joining of two highly successful northern businesses has established a new powerhouse in the cleaning, security and facility maintenance sector.

Cleanall Services Ltd of Leyland, Preston and Care Facility Management Ltd of Leeds, have joined forces to create the new £12m turnover Aston Services Group.

Cleanall Ltd and Care Facility Management Ltd will continue to trade under their established brands until the end of 2016, when they will merge and deliver both single service and combined service delivery models under the Aston Services Group umbrella.

Aston Cleaning, Aston Security, Aston Hygiene and Aston Maintenance will be amongst some of the individual service entities, which will shortly become familiar names in the marketplace as the Aston Service Group looks to challenge the industry on a broader spectrum, particularly within the shopping centre and leisure sectors.

Double BIBAs winners, Cleanall, have recently experienced rapid growth across all areas of their business, particularly within the shopping centre sector and the merger with Care Facility Management offers many synergistic benefits to new customers and also internally as our respective service strengths naturally complement each other.

Ian Gilston, Managing Director of Cleanall, said, “We are extremely excited by this merger – Care have a great name in Security and Maintenance. These service provisions fit neatly with our established cleaning business. We will be maintaining our unrivalled people centric approach to customer service, as Aston Service Group becomes a bigger player in the industry.”

James Wheeler, Managing Director of Care Facility Management commented, “We are delighted by this coming together of two highly successful northern businesses– Cleanall’s ethos fits with our core philosophy – that of developing our people to enhance our customers’ businesses. We are well established as the go to specialists in shopping centre market sector and we look forward to breaking new portfolios and customers, as the Aston Services Group.”
