CGA Celebrate Prestigious Award Win

Community Gateway Association (CGA) is once again celebrating a three star accreditation from Best Companies, the employee engagement specialists, and has been ranked 10th out of the Top 100 Best Not-For-Profit Companies to Work For List.

The three star accreditation, which grades the organisation as “Extraordinary”, was awarded to CGA following an independent survey measuring how engaged colleagues are at work and how they feel about their employer.

Survey results show that Community Gateway is dedicated to giving something back and has a great ethos of working closely with communities. Colleagues feel valued and, despite facing challenging times in the social housing sector, are inspired by, and are confident in the leadership of the organisation.

Chief Executive, Diane Bellinger said “Our people are at the heart of everything that we do; their passion and wellbeing is crucial for providing excellent services to our tenants and local communities no matter what their role may be. We are extremely proud of our teams and we will look forward to celebrating this prestigious award.”

CGA also provide a range of HR business solutions for organisations interested in learning and development, coaching and mentoring and general HR advice and support. The team will be exhibiting at Lancashire Expo in March where you can find out more about their developing people programme.
