Successful apprentices offered permanent contracts at expanding Lancaster firm

Connect 2 Cleanrooms are excited to announce Nina Baines and Matthew Guest have successfully completed their two year apprenticeship and have accepted permanent contracts within the company.

The values driven company demonstrates their vision and commitment to developing internal talent, as they continue to grow their award winning team and develop the future stars of tomorrow.  Nina joins as Planning and Procurement Administrator and Matthew joins as Marketing Executive.

Nina was delighted to be offered a permanent position and is looking forward to developing her knowledge and experience further. ‘The apprenticeship scheme at Connect 2 Cleanrooms was definitely the right choice for me.  It has provided me the unique opportunity to learn whilst working.  As a company, Connect 2 Cleanrooms have been extremely supportive and have encouraged me to pursue further training following my apprenticeship.’

Matthew, who was heavily involved in the integration of a new e-commerce platform and the organisation of trade events, has developed an understanding of new exciting marketing techniques.  ‘Working alongside strong company values and an experienced team I have thoroughly enjoyed the Connect 2 Cleanrooms apprenticeship scheme which has provided me with the perfect platform for future progression within the organisation.’

Lizzie Govier, HR Director went on to say ‘This is a milestone in the Connect 2 Cleanrooms story and we are thrilled that both Nina and Matthew have chosen to embark on their careers with us, and we look forward to their continued development within the company.’
