THE FINAL COUNTDOWN FOR NORTH WEST MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER

North West Managed Service Provider Seriun are hitting the headlines this month for their repeated ‘Finalist’ status in no less than four award ceremonies.

Seriun have been digitally transforming businesses since 2003, through their innovative IT, Telecoms and Software solutions. They work with world class partners and suppliers and pride themselves on delivering excellent service to their customers.

They have made it through to the finals at the prestigious BIBAs – renowned to be Lancashire’s premier business awards, run by the North and Western Chamber of Commerce. To get to the finals under the Small Business category was no mean feat. It began with a rigorous judging process held by a panel of five business experts across a spectrum of different industries – this was Seriun’s opportunity to demonstrate how they stand out above their competition. The judges were impressed and selected them as finalists. A date was then set for the judges to visit Seriun HQ to meet the team and further explore their business operations and processes. Now the judging is complete, Seriun wait with bated breath and crossed fingers until the winners are announced at the awards ceremony later this year at the majestic Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

Seriun’s first finalist appearance this year was back in March at the Red Rose Awards as one of the Small Business contenders. More recently they have been shortlisted under the Digital, Creative & Media category at Bolton’s E3 Business Awards coming up in July. Finally, this week Seriun will be attending the Burnley Business Awards ceremony organised by Burnley Council under both the Small Business and Innovation award categories.

Laura Brown, Marketing Manager of Seriun said: “We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted in four separate award ceremonies so far this year. It’s great to be recognised for the work we do and the service we provide, but to go out and win one of these awards would mean so much – it would be an accolade to our team for all their endless hard work.  We know we’re up against some great Lancashire businesses so we’ll keep our fingers crossed.”

Seriun pride themselves on the service they provide to their customers both big and small, and recently introduced a legendary customer service initiative – their own ‘code of conduct’ to ensure no less than ‘excellent service’ is delivered and maintained, which helps them to stand out from the crowd.

Justin Sherwood, Managing Director of Seriun said: “Being selected as finalists in these award ceremonies reflects our commitment to being the best at what we do… We don’t want to merely make our customers happy, we want to delight them, and we’ve invested heavily in people and processes to allow us to do just that.”

Earlier this year Seriun announced their plans to accelerate growth over the next two years and increase staff levels, and within the next 12 to 18 months they are planning to relocate to larger premises to accommodate their expansion.

It’s an exciting time for Seriun as they look at developing new products and services, building new client relationships, and growing their team. They really are going from strength to strength.
