Highly Regarded Employment Lawyer Joins Forbes Solicitors

Forbes Solicitors is pleased to announce the appointment of highly regarded Employment Lawyer Emma Swan.

Emma joins Forbes as a Partner in the Employment Team and will be based at the firm’s Central Lancashire office.

She has a loyal client base of Lancashire businesses which she has built up during her career.

Emma takes a dynamic and pragmatic approach to find workable commercial solutions for her clients and has particular experience in advising clients at a strategic level in restructures, transfers, mergers and acquisitions; advising on TUPE; conducting advocacy in Employment Tribunal cases and providing advice on daily HR issues, particularly involving discrimination issues.
