Platinum Projects Europe Undergoes MBO

The management team at a North West construction company Platinum Projects Europe Ltd has successfully completed a management buyout of the business.
The MBO team, comprising, David Chinejani, Commercial Director and Craig Fairfield, Construction Director will also be joined on the board by director Chris Greenall. The team is delighted to confirm that Ali Nazeri will continue alongside them in the role of non-executive Chairman.
The company was formed in 2006 when construction industry colleagues David Chinejani and Craig Fairfield joined forces with entrepreneur Ali Nazeri.  PPE Ltd has developed into a national contractor delivering complex projects for a number of blue chip clients in the retail, commercial, industrial and leisure sectors. The company currently employs 22 staff at its headquarters in Leigh.
Major retailers Morrisons and Lidl are amongst the clients for which Platinum Projects Europe deliver high quality projects throughout the UK, from new build to refurbishments and refits.
Ali Nazeri, Non-exec Chairman said: “PPE is a well-established company led by experienced and talented professionals. The MBO is a natural progression for David and Craig whom I congratulate and am pleased to offer my continued support.”
David Chinejani comments: “We are delighted to have completed this MBO which positions the company to continue to go from strength to strength. We pride ourselves on professionalism and quality and we will continue to offer that service to our clients in the sectors we serve.”
Professional advisers for the deal were Bolton based DonnellyBentley Chartered Accountants led by Nick Baxendale and legal advisers KBL Solicitors and Fieldings Porter Solicitors.
