PPS work with Passion4Events on Trilancos’ Grand Opening Party

The party hosted 500+ guests and had everything imaginable on show, from a Victorian fair, stilt walkers, hook a duck, fire eaters, DJ, violin players, a horse hump gin bar and even a dodgem playground – a taste of childhood nostalgia in one room!

Mark came to PPS to design and print various graphics for the event, but these weren’t just normal graphics, this was a totally custom brief and something we hadn’t done before – a branded dodgem!

Our first job was to design graphics to go on a dodgem, Mark dropped off the dodgem so we could measure it up (after the production guys had a few goes on it in the production studio) and then we got straight to work on printing the vinyl’s and applying to the dodgem. All was not complete until we produced a flag to go on the dodgem wrapped in yellow vinyl. The transformation was quite something I think you will agree?

The dodgem was to be used as a photo booth opportunity, so we designed and printed PVC banners for the backdrop. The brief for the design was a graffiti style incorporating dogs, horses and cows – so Lauren and her artistic flair got to work and created a gorgeous design along with various 8 foot wide PVC banners for the entrance walkway with all the brand logos Trilanco work with.

We designed and printed 1,000 token cards for the event, these were to inform attendees of their table number, valet parking information and games tokens which could be hole punched when each game had been played. A system which worked really well for the Passion4Events team.

We printed various way finding signage for the event, from cut to shape foamex arrows, table numbers and entrance banners. Every little detail had been covered by the team!

As the event was drawing close, Mark came to us wanting some sparkly new staff lanyard badges, so we racked our brains for what to produce and the end result was sparkly, litereally. We used our router to cut the acrylic badges to shape and pinted on the reverse of a sparkly clear vinyl backed in white. Made to last and made to make an impression.

When I visited Trilanco the day before the event I was totally shocked at how Passion4Events had transformed the warehouse into a marquee, portaloos hidden behind a forest, a cake with projections onto it, the list goes on! The event was a huge success and we were so pleased to be a part of such a great party!

If you are looking to make an event stand out from the crowd, Mark Jacksons team certainly do that with their bespoke event management service.
