Forbes Appoints Disputed Trusts and Probate Expert Ben Wilson

Associate Ben Wilson has joined Preston based Forbes Solicitors, specialising in disputes arising from contesting Wills, Trusts, Probate and Inheritance Matters.

Ben, who is based at the firms Central Lancashire office, acts for clients on a national and international basis and deals with a range of high value and complex claims. He has significant experience in bringing claims under the Inheritance Act 1975 and acts for executors, claimants and defendants.

He is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is a recommended lawyer in the latest edition of Legal 500 where he is described as ‘responsive, effective and pragmatic’.

Ben said: “I am delighted to have started at Forbes, and am looking forward to working with the team to grow and develop the Contentious Trusts and Probate offering.”
