One of Lancashire’s leading accountancy firms is helping an innovative crowdsourced mentoring platform to shine as it prepares to launch in 2018.
Rotherham Taylor Limited, is working closely with QDOOZ as it works towards the launch of an online platform and app designed to enable people to draw on the wisdom of their peers and to share the benefit of their own experience as they study and embark on their careers.
Established by world leading authority on mentoring, David CM Carter, QDOOZ will be working with the UK’s university admissions service, UCAS from 2018 onwards to enable the new generation of students to draw on each other’s wisdom as they progress.
Rotherham Taylor Limited has had extensive involvement in setting up QDOOZ, including carrying out Company Secretarial Duties, processing share issues to ‘angel’ investors and advising on articles of association and a senior management incentive scheme. The firm has also secured an R&D tax reclaim for QDOOZ worth more than £45,000.
