Rovers are delighted to announce Recruitment Driven as our first ever back of shorts sponsor

A business which is run by huge Rovers fan Sean Bartrupe, Recruitment Driven specialises in supplying quality professional workers in a number of different fields.

Founder Sean has a military background behind him having spent 24 years in the army, and being based all around Germany for a large period of that time.

Both he and Director Andrew Plues took a look around the Senior Training Centre, meeting the likes of Richie Smallwood and Craig Conway, and Sean admits it’s an exciting time for Recruitment Driven to be involved with Rovers.

“Recruitment Driven and Blackburn Rovers have the same standards and being back of shorts sponsor is the cherry on the top of the cake,” he said. “I feel very privileged and very honoured to work with my boyhood club.

“It’s a childhood dream really as a lad from Darwen, which has gone back since I was a kid when I went to Rovers with my dad.

“We’re a family run business that has integrity, honesty and selfless commitment. We have the standards which I set when I was in the military.

“Ideally we want to look at people who are unemployed, train them and get them employed, that’s the idea and that’s what we do.

“It’s about treating people fairly, with decency and getting people into the best position that we can.”

And speaking afterwards, Rovers Business Development Manager Danny Davis said: “We’re thrilled to have Sean, Andrew and Recruitment Driven on board with us here at the club.

“The organisation does a lot for the local area, particularly in Darwen.

“We’re delighted that they were so keen to work with us and make history as our maiden back of shorts sponsor and look forward to working with them long-term.”
