Twentyone wins four-way pitch for CoolKit

Blackburn digital marketing agency Twentyone has won a four-way pitch to deliver digital marketing and strategy for Burnley-based CoolKit, specialists in products for temperature controlled distribution.

CoolKit has grown rapidly and is now widely recognised as the foremost specialist in its field.  As such it is the largest converter of refrigerated vans in the UK, concentrating on vehicles used by the pharmaceuticals, foodservice, catering and analytical testing industries.  Established in 2005, and now employing more than 80 people on a 4-acre site, CoolKit produces more than 1,250 insulating kits annually.

Twentyone has been providing web design and development services to CoolKit since 2016 and expanded its place as a preferred supplier after being invited to tender in a four-way competitive process at the start of 2018.

Twentyone agency head Sam Fletcher said: “We are very pleased to have expanded our relationship with CoolKit, which is a rapidly growing company with a fantastic reputation in the region, and we look forward to helping them grow into the future.”

With a team of nine based at Trident Way, Twentyone provides web design, web development, SEO, Google AdWords, conversion rate optimisation, digital consultancy, social media marketing and email marketing.  Established in 2003, the agency’s client experience includes Recycling Lives, Burnley FC, Nelson & Colne College and Savoy Timber.

CoolKit marketing manager Loredana Emmerson said: “I am very happy to be continuing our work with the team at TwentyOne.  They have taken the time to understand our business and our customers, helping us to develop a digital marketing strategy to deliver the growth plans in place.”
