New appointment at West Craven Insurance Services

West Craven Insurance Services have appointed Lee Parkinson as a new Commercial Account Handler. Lee has years of Sales and Marketing and Customer Care experience ideally suited to his new role.

Lee said: “I’m excited by the opportunities this role will give me and I’m looking forward to meeting our existing clients and of course increasing our client base.”

West Craven Insurance Services provide commercial insurance from all aspects of business insurance and risk management, to directors and officers, liabilities and cyber insurance.

Lee added: “I’ve extensive experience of building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a consistent first class customer experience so I’m sure I’ll fit right in at West Craven who pride themselves on great customer relations. The personal service offered at West Craven Insurance ensures all our clients are provided with the best cover for their specific business’ needs. We’re not a one size fits all”

Company Director Lisa Parker, said: “Recruiting Lee will be a great asset for our growing team. We’ve seen significant growth in the business over recent years and increasing our staff and our expanding our portfolio of services to offer cover to our increasingly broad range of clients can only be a good thing for all concerned.
