Legal 500 praise for Taylors

Tony Catterall, Senior Partner from leading Lancashire commercial law firm Taylors, has been singled out for praise in the latest edition of Legal 500.

The guide to the legal market rates firms and individuals across the country and in its North West guide published this month it highlights Taylors’ Intellectual Property work, in particular Catterall, who heads the IP team.

The listing, said: “Taylors LLP has the ‘outstanding’ Tony Catterall at the helm. Catterall is ‘highly efficient, experienced and determined’. Catterall is well regarded for his work with the home furnishing industry and his knowledge of the textiles, interior design and wallcovering market.”

The Legal 500 listing, added: “Catterall is particularly recommended for his work in designs and copyrights. It is a ‘very capable firm in the area of intellectual property. It possesses a very focused and talented team that punches well above its weight’. It is a niche commercial firm that supports entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses and autonomous UK subsidiaries of overseas groups.”
