Winning Pitch chooses Preston for new Lancashire office

A high growth and investment business support specialist that has contributed to the growth of over 13,000 businesses has opened a new office in Preston.

Winning Pitch, established in 2005, has offices in Manchester, Leeds and Wales and due to the increased demand for its management consultancy services has now opened an office at Preston Docklands, close to the commercial centre of Preston.

The firm has a long history of success working with ambitious entrepreneurs and SMEs, taking innovative ideas and creating businesses of scale and has helped create 21,000 jobs across the North of England and Wales.

Winning Pitch has played a pivotal role in delivering the Growth Support Programme for fledgling Lancashire businesses on behalf of Boost, the county’s business growth hub for the last six years delivering start-up workshops and coaching support.

More recently, Winning Pitch has secured the delivery of Boost’s brand new business support service – Boost Bespoke. The service is designed to help more established businesses in Lancashire to accelerate their growth through a tailored package of support of one-to-one coaching, masterclasses and peer networks.

Winning Pitch is also working with a number of leading high street banks, up-skilling their relationship teams to have more meaningful, supportive conversations with SME customers and helping them to achieve sustainable business growth.

Jim Keane, CEO at Winning Pitch said: “There’s no doubt that the growth of businesses that we’ve supported in Lancashire has contributed to our company expansion plans by opening an office in the county.

“Over the next three years we’ll continue to help new and established Lancashire businesses to reach their growth potential by tapping into our considerable experience of helping businesses scale their operations.”

Andy Walker, head of business growth and innovation for Lancashire County Council, said: “Winning Pitch has built a strong working relationship with Lancashire County Council, helping Lancashire start-ups and SMEs to succeed.

“We are delighted they have demonstrated their ongoing commitment to Lancashire businesses by establishing an office here in Preston.”
