Recent success has seen the company answer its one millionth call, whilst celebrating its 5th anniversary. He said: “We’ve reached a few key milestones in the business recently, it’s truly amazing to see the efforts of the whole team pay off. The team is focused is on providing a level of service which is second to none and I’m proud that we received a 100% client happiness rate from our 2018 customer survey.

“As we continue to grow, the focus will be on investing in the team and technology, to ensure our clients receive a first-class service. We’ll soon be launching a ‘Live Chat’ service to support our clients in managing their web enquiries, and we’re on the lookout for a professional to join us on our exciting journey.”
