Face for Business celebrates 1 millionth call

A fast-growing professional call answering business is creating a brand-new national sales management role, to support the business’ rapid expansion and the launch of a ‘Live Chat’ service.

Burscough based Face for Business provides companies across the UK with telephone answering and messaging services.

Recent success has seen the company answer its one millionth call, whilst celebrating its 5th anniversary. Managing Director Andy MacGregor is passionate about investing in technology, and following the recent development of a mobile app which enables users to access their calls and messages on the go, Andy is now focusing on recruiting for a key role to coincide with the imminent launch of a ‘Live Chat’ service.

He said: “We’ve reached a few key milestones in the business recently, it’s truly amazing to see the efforts of the whole team pay off. The team is focused is on providing a level of service which is second to none and I’m proud that we received a 100% client happiness rate from our 2018 customer survey.

“As we continue to grow, the focus will be on investing in the team and technology, to ensure our clients receive a first-class service. We’ll soon be launching a ‘Live Chat’ service to support our clients in managing their web enquiries, and we’re on the lookout for a professional to join us on our exciting journey.”
