North-West training provider, Total Excellence Centre, is to deliver business training worth in excess of £2000 per business, to SME’s across Lancashire over the next 18 months.
The Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) programme, funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), will allow 365 Lancashire businesses, that employ less than 250 people, access to Team Leader/Supervisor and Middle/Senior Manager training programmes, which once completed, will provide individuals with an Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) Level 2 certification, for the Team Leader/Supervisor programme and ILM Level 4 qualification, for the Middle/Senior Manager programme.
Founded in 1992, Total Excellence Centre specialises in delivering training programmes for businesses of all sizes, both in the UK and internationally. The firm has already helped more than 550 local businesses benefit from funded training programmes over the last 4 years, utilising its extensive team of qualified coaches and facilitators.
The four-day ILM programmes, which take place over a three-month period, can be delivered in-house for larger organisations, or for smaller businesses, at any one of several venues throughout Lancashire, giving delegates the opportunity to network as well as learn.
