Northern Powerhouse invites Lancashire businesses to PowerUP

The Northern Powerhouse is to host an SME information and networking event in Lancashire.

Taking place at Cotton Court on 25 June, the session is part of the Northern PowerUP series, aimed at connecting businesses with support and opportunities for growth in the local area. Northern PowerUPs provide an information and networking forum to talk about how the national modern Industrial Strategy applies to Lancashire organisations, help inspire enterprise leaders and continue to drive the local economy forward.

Speakers at the event include representatives from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial strategy, the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, and the Lancashire Local Enterprise Partnership, along with Relative.ai, a local business sharing its experience in sourcing funding and support to boost success.

This is part of a series taking place in Cheshire, Humber, Cumbria, Lancashire and Tees Valley during June 2019.
