3B Training, a leading multi-accredited health and safety training company, has today announced the acquisition of Higher Safety & Training Solutions Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
Wigan based 3B Training has been established for over 11 years and delivers Health and Safety, First Aid, Plant, eLearning and NVQ Training to over 30,000 people annually across the housing, social housing, construction, civil engineering and utilities sectors in the UK. Its’ impressive industry accreditations include CITB, Highfield, IOSH, NEBOSH, UKATA, GQA, NPORS, CISRS and EUSR.
Dave Brooks, Executive Chairman of 3B Training Ltd said; “By acquiring Higher Safety & Training Solutions it will enable 3B Training to offer additional services and training to our existing clients as well as offering our own accredited training courses to Higher Safety & Training Solutions Ltd customers.

We aim to be world class in all that we do and adding this complementary business helps us to achieve this.”
3B Training has expanded significantly in recent years, which saw it implement a recruitment drive already this year. With the new acquisition expanding the company’s growth 3B Training Ltd will continue its recruitment programme with the aim of having over 100 employees in its organisation within the next couple of years. It also aims to double the volume of attendees on its courses by 2024.
Higher Safety & Training Solutions works across similar sectors and provides consultancy and training services from its training venue in Blackburn as well as in client’s offices and sites across the UK – accreditations included IPAF, PASMA, CABWI and Ladder Association, amongst others.
