TIME Investments (“TIME”), which specialises in tax-efficient investment solutions and asset-backed income-producing funds across real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, and lending, has made two new senior hires, Raymond Greaves, and Andrew Gill, further bolstering its investment team as its AUM continues to grow.

Raymond Greaves has been appointed Head of Equity Funds at TIME. Raymond joins from finnCap, where he was Head of Research for over eight years. Raymond has 26 years of investment and research experience at Rothschild, Merrill Lynch, Collins Stewart and finnCap, 17 years of which was specifically focused on AIM. Raymond specialises in quantitative analysis and pioneered the acclaimed ‘Slide Rule’ research system at finnCap. At TIME, he will initially manage the market leading estate planning solution, TIME:AIM, which offers a carefully selected and professionally managed portfolio of Business Relief (BR) qualifying AIM companies, providing investors the opportunity to obtain 100% exemption from IHT after just two years.

Andrew Gill joins as Fund Manager for TIME:UK Infrastructure Income and the unique hybrid structured TIME:Property Long Income & Growth. Andrew joins from Jefferies where he was an Equity Research Analyst based in London as part of the Pan-European Real Estate team for over seven years, covering UK and European REITs. Prior to that he was an auditor in Financial Services Audit & Assurance at PwC in Guernsey and London. Andrew is a qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW) and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

He will manage TIME:UK Infrastructure Income alongside Stephen Daniels, Head of Investments at TIME. The Fund is actively managed, providing investors with diversification away from traditional asset classes, with lower volatility and attractive risk-adjusted returns. The portfolio is made up of renewable energy, infrastructure, logistics, digital infrastructure, secured lending and social infrastructure companies.

Andrew will also manage TIME:Property Long Income & Growth alongside Roger Skeldon. Launched in September 2022, TIME:Property Long Income & Growth is an innovative hybrid property fund that combines a portfolio of primarily UK listed real estate securities and directly held long income properties in defensive and economically sustainable sectors. It is designed to provide retail investors with a consistent and attractive level of income alongside capital growth prospects.

Nigel Ashfield, Managing Director of TIME Investments, said: “I am pleased to welcome Raymond and Andrew on board. They bring a great deal of experience to our growing team and join TIME at an exciting stage in the growth of the business. We have built a strong reputation for our estate planning solutions and innovative income funds, such as TIME:Property Long Income & Growth, which aims to provide investors with attractive, risk-adjusted returns in an increasingly volatile economic environment.”
