NXT RECRUITMENT SUPPORTS THE NORTH WEST FAMILY BUSINESS AWARDS EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2023 WITH EXCLUSIVE HOSTING AND SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

Leading recruitment consultants, NXT Recruitment has been supporting the North West Family Business Awards since 2019 and is returning once again to sponsor the Employee of the Year Award 2023.

Not only do they sponsor this prestigious award, but they also host the very special ‘Meet the Judges Day’ for award category finalists and their line managers. The finalists will be personally called by Emma, Jason and Simon on March 1st in preparation for meeting the judges in person on the 10th March at the stunning Rickerby Retreat in Carlisle.

The aim of the day is to make the finalists feel extra special in recognition of their achievement at being shortlisted. The exclusive terrace is the setting for a convivial lunch and afternoon tea with fellow finalists, where they will also get the opportunity to meet Simon, Jason and Emma from NXT and share their stories.

The judges will also spend time interviewing the line managers to find out what makes their employee so special and worthy of this much-coveted award.

After the judges have scored each candidate, voting then opens to the public on Tuesday 14th March via the NWFBA website, allowing local communities and supporters to help decide the final winner of this fantastic award, celebrating family business employees.

Speaking about the awards, co-founder Jason Hodgson said:

“Working in the recruitment sector, we recognise the contribution of exceptional employees. Family businesses employ 13.9 million workers(51.5% of all private sector employment) and contribute £575 billion to the UK economy, and this award is a true celebration for all those employees who make a difference and go above and beyond, which is why we are delighted to sponsor and judge the Employee of the Year category.

As a family business and a recruitment agency, we recognise there is nobody more important in helping you achieve the vision you have for your organisation than the team around you.

Exceptional employees can transform a business; dramatically fast forward its growth; and be the key to its success. “

Celebrating the success of family firms across the North West, and inspiring family businesses to shine brighter than ever before, The North West Family Business Awards will take place on Friday the 19th of May 2023 at the unique Concorde Conference Centre, Manchester.

Family Businesses have up to the 24th of February to submit their entries, and you can also nominate a Family Business that you know.
