Missing Lidia found “safe and well”

Police have reported that missing Lidia Lupo has been found “safe and well”.

Lidia (17) sparked concern as she had been missing since 4.40pm on Saturday, in Church Street, Preston.

Officers were asking for information about a man who had been seen on CCTV with Lidia at Preston Train Station at around 2.30pm on Sunday, when she boarded a train to Manchester Airport.

Lidia has links to Oldham and Manchester.

A police spokesperson said: “To update you, we are pleased to say that she has been found safe and well. Thanks to everyone who shared and helped with the appeal.”
