Faster Britain’s Nationwide Promo Bus Tour Bolsters Connectivity Awareness

Faster Britain, the premier business fibre network in the UK, has engaged the expertise of promotional bus specialists, Roadshow Promotions, to elevate awareness and engagement among businesses for enhanced nationwide connectivity.

At the helm of gigabit-capable full-fibre network deployment, Faster Britain, energised by ITS Technology Group (ITS), is instrumental in aiding the UK government’s ambitious 2030 target of achieving 100% connectivity capability.

Roadshow Promotions, a leader in promotional bus services, is deploying a corporate-class double-decker bus to enlighten and link UK businesses with high-speed, dependable connectivity options, facilitating their growth in the digital era.

In anticipation of the 2025 copper switch-off and in line with the government’s full-fibre connectivity objectives, Faster Britain adopts an innovative promotional bus campaign to bolster its partner network and the broader UK business community’s transition to ultrafast broadband speeds, preparing them for the digital future.

The bespoke, fully branded double-decker bus will embark on a 12-month UK tour, visiting over 70 networks and collaborating with ITS’s extensive network of 500 partners. The tour will predominantly target industrial estates and business parks to engage businesses and advocate for the adoption of faster connectivity through a selection of specialist partners.

Staffed by Faster Britain experts, the bus’s journey began at the ITS Technology Group Headquarters in Warrington and will progress through the North West before extending nationwide.

The promotional bus is specially fitted to host training sessions and product demonstrations on the upper deck, while the lower deck serves as a welcoming branded area for hospitality. This unique approach provides an interactive and informative experience for businesses to discover the advantages of enhanced connectivity and to gear up for the forthcoming broadband evolution tailored for UK businesses.

The tour’s route planning and permissions have been meticulously organised, guaranteeing effective audience outreach. Roadshow Promotions will provide a dedicated driver to ensure the tour’s seamless and efficient execution.

Christina Gatcliffe, Marketing Manager at Faster Britain, expressed her enthusiasm: “We are thrilled to have partnered with Roadshow Promotions for this important initiative. Their expertise in route planning, logistical advice and attention to detail, especially in navigating the London locations, has been invaluable.

This bus and its tour represent our commitment to making gigabit-capable connectivity accessible and understandable to all. The bus will host connectivity clinics, providing practical advice and insights into the transition from copper to fibre.

It aims to educate and empower businesses, showcasing how faster, more reliable internet can transform operations and drive growth. We are delighted with the impact the bus is already having.”

Natasha Greenley, Director at Roadshow Promotions, commented on the initiative: “It’s fantastic that one of our buses is able to play its part in helping businesses connect with the new generation of business broadband.”
