Greenley Family’s Expansion Strategy Powers Roadshow Growth

The Greenley family from Blackpool is spearheading impressive growth through their family-owned business, Roadshow Promotions, and its expanding portfolio.

Under the leadership of Stuart and Natasha Greenley, the father-daughter duo has transformed the company from a single entity into a diversified operation spanning multiple sectors.

Originally founded as Roadshow Promotions, the company built its reputation as the owner of the UK’s largest fleet of promotional buses. Their high-profile clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Edwards Lifesciences, and the British Heart Foundation, utilise their buses to promote awareness across the UK and Europe. This early success has laid the groundwork for their broader expansion ambitions.

Profits from these ventures have been reinvested into a strategic growth plan focused on three key areas: organic growth of their existing business, targeted acquisitions, and diversification into new and complementary markets.

To strengthen their presence in the digital space, the Greenley family merged with a local digital media company, forming Roadshow Media and Roadshow Digital. These divisions specialise in web design, SEO, and digital consultancy, positioning the business firmly in the digital marketing sector.

In the past two years, the Greenleys have further diversified their offerings by launching Roadshow Security, which provides security services for leisure, hospitality, and retail sectors, with clients such as Haven’s Cala Gran and Marton Mere holiday parks. They also established Roadshow Conversions, a company dedicated to converting vehicles and buses into static business assets, while also supplying portable washrooms for festivals and construction sites.

Staying true to their local roots, the family maintains a “buy local” philosophy, sourcing marketing, bus branding, and accountancy services from local suppliers, while also sponsoring grassroots football teams. The business employs a growing team of skilled professionals, including joiners, electricians, drivers, security personnel, and digital marketing specialists. Over the past year, their workforce has expanded significantly, with plans for further growth.

As the Greenley family continues to research new opportunities, Roadshow is emerging as a prime example of how strategic vision and local engagement can drive sustained growth.
