Natura Flooring Debuts in the UK with New Harrogate Distribution Hub

The esteemed Italian wood flooring brand Natura Flooring, part of the respected Florian Group, has launched in the UK, unveiling a 6,000 sq ft distribution centre near Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The move offers British households and design specialists direct access to luxury, Italian-produced wood flooring.

While many flooring suppliers source low-cost imports containing synthetic adhesives and chemical treatments, every Natura product is created entirely in Italy from high-quality European oak and walnut. Skilled craftspeople apply time-honoured techniques enhanced by modern equipment, producing a non-toxic, durable flooring collection that is both elegant and responsibly made. With the stock held within the UK, customers benefit from faster delivery times without compromising authenticity or craftsmanship.

“We started this new distribution because the UK is a fantastic market that deserves to understand what true wood flooring really means,” says Silvia Florian, Director of Natura Flooring and a member of the founding Florian family. “Too often, people buy based on price alone, unaware of the poor quality and lack of regulation behind many cheaper imports. With Natura, we make it possible for every customer to have beautifully crafted, responsibly sourced Italian floors that are built to last, without paying premium prices.”

The Harrogate facility, located moments from the A1 at Junction 47, stocks over 1,000 square metres of each flooring style and enables both next-day and two-day delivery services. Customers may visit by appointment for tailored assistance and to view collections in detail. A new on-site showroom is scheduled to launch in 2026, complementing the firm’s established Northampton showroom. The operation has already resulted in the creation of seven new jobs and provides a robust UK-based service and support framework.

Natura flooring is FSC® certified and fully compliant with European Timber Regulation standards, ensuring verified sustainable sourcing. Through Florian Group’s vertically integrated supply chain, the entire manufacturing journey — from raw timber to finished boards — is carried out using environmentally responsible processes, renewable power, and minimised waste.

Oliver Dodds, UK Sales Manager at Natura Flooring, added: “Imagine walking across a floor crafted with the same precision, beauty, and soul that defines Italian design. That’s exactly what Natura Flooring is bringing to the UK. We’re thrilled to be able to bring the feet of this country the feel of Italian luxury.”

The Natura portfolio includes Solid Wood Flooring, Engineered Wood Flooring, and The Family Floor — a patented hybrid exclusive to the Florian Group.

With more than five decades of experience, the Florian Group has worked on global landmark projects such as the Armani Building, Tiffany Stores, The Parker Hotel, and The Bellemont in New York City. The brand now brings that same meticulous artistry to UK homes and design-led developments.
