Global Roll-Out Planned for Lease Options Mastery Following Dubai Property Tour

Property educator Nicky Greer is extending her lease options training to international audiences after a successful client programme in Dubai.

The decision comes as investors across multiple regions seek alternative approaches to entering the property market without conventional finance structures.

Earlier in the year, Greer led a five-day study trip for experienced participants to examine opportunities within Dubai’s real estate sector. The visit included briefings from local specialists and a comparative review of UK and UAE practices, highlighting the adaptability of lease option models in different jurisdictions.

Reflecting on the experience, Nick Greer said: “We took our high-level clients for a five-day property and investment experience. Dubai is a wonderful place, and Lease Options investment fits that market perfectly. We went there to show them, look – you can do these options everywhere in the world; this is Dubai, the opportunities are endless.”

The programme’s reception has prompted plans for new events in Spain and Cyprus, as well as a further return to Dubai during 2026. Alongside these activities, Greer continues to run bi-weekly free webinars aimed at individuals exploring lease option strategies for the first time.

Nicky added: “The free webinar is the gateway for me to show people what they can do and how easy it is to get a property for £1500 or less with no deposit, no mortgage, no credit checks and no stamp duty, and I am here to show them the strategies and help them.”

Lease Options Mastery has attracted attention for its methodical framework and focus on practical application rather than theory. This emphasis on clarity and transparency has contributed to Greer’s growing profile within the investment education sector.

Her forthcoming international schedule signals an effort to adapt the training model to different property markets while maintaining accessible learning routes for new entrants.
