Lloyd BMW hosts preview evenings for new X5 and 8 Series

Lloyd BMW hosted a number of preview evenings showcasing the newly updated X5 and the brand-new BMW 8 Series across their Blackpool, Colne and South Lakes dealerships.

The flagship 8 series model further expands BMW’s range into the luxury performance car market, first engineered for the racetrack, resulting in a powerful, dynamic and exhilarating package, which has now been developed as a luxury Coupé and not seen since 1999.

Whilst the new X5 features the sharp handling characteristics of its predecessors as well as an updated, contemporary exterior and interior. Technology is prominent in the latest X5 version, with BMW’s intelligent four-wheel drive system, xDrive, as standard, whilst electronically controlled dampers and air suspension keep the ride smooth and stable.

Each of the Lloyd dealerships entertained guests in different ways. Lloyd South Lakes invited customers to enjoy a refreshing gin bar as well as delicious mini fish & chips where as Lloyd Colne provided a sensational Indian buffet.
