Barrowford based Seriun celebrates 15 years, with continued growth

North West managed IT service provider, Seriun, is celebrating 15 years in business, with continued growth.

The firm is on target to double its turnover this financial year, as well as grow its portfolio, of both large and SME clients. Their clients include Betfred, Pets Choice, Hurstwood Holdings, Communications Plus, Hippo Motor Group, Manufax, and Winfields Outdoors, to name a few.

Since the firm’s inception, its services have grown to cater for all aspects of IT, with a particular focus on excellent customer service, alongside a specialism in providing telecoms, cyber security, bespoke software development, infrastructure and cloud services.

Winning the ‘Customer Service Business of the Year’ accolade at this year’s Red Rose awards, along with attaining ISO 9001 and 27001 accreditations, are testament to their outstanding quality and service levels.

In the past 12 months, the Barrowford-based managed IT service provider has also increased its employee base, from 16 to 25, as a result of the continued growth and demand for its services across the business.

The firm has a team dedicated to continuous improvement, reviewing the way clients are handled, leading to a more efficient and consistent service. Seriun also operates a proactive service, meaning problems rarely arise and when they do, they are solved faster and remotely where possible.

As part of its continued growth, Seriun plans to expand its team further, with the prospect of additional engineers, developers and apprentices joining the business.

Justin Sherwood, Managing Director, Seriun, said: “Seriun is experiencing a period of sustained growth, where demand for our customer service orientated and holistic approach to IT solutions, has resulted in us being on target to double our turnover from last year.

“Our business model is to ensure that we become fully integrated into our clients’ businesses, acting as an extension of their IT department, to provide invaluable advice and pre-emptively acting to stop problems from happening or even, worsening.

“Everyone at Seriun is committed to helping the business succeed. As we have a team dedicated to continuous improvement, we endeavour to find new ways we can help our clients, as well as improve what we already offer.”
