Porsche Centre Preston Manager Accredited in Global Leadership Programme

Porsche Centre Preston new car sales manager, Howard Chamberlain, has become one of the first 34 accredited managers to successfully complete the global Porsche Leadership and Management Programme.

The two-year programme included over 150 separate modules; 500 hours of learning and culminated in three dissertations about Porsche Passion including a 20-minute presentation to members of Porsche GB and Porsche AG Germany.

Now accredited, Howard is now even better placed to respond to future trends and challenges within the Porsche dealer organisation and support his colleagues.

Howard said: “After two years of hard study I am proud to have graduated from the Porsche Leadership and Management Programme. It’s been a lot of work, but worth it. I’m especially grateful for the support and guidance of my coach, my peers and my colleagues. Hopefully the skills I have learned will benefit everyone.”

The course emphasised the Porsche promise to inspire with a unique product and brand customer experience. The programme delivered course content through a blend of traditional and virtual learning formats including virtual classrooms, workshops, coaching, community learning, and web-based training.

Tom Fox, Porsche Centre Preston managing director, said: “Congratulations to Howard on his achievement! His accreditation is worthy recognition of all the hard work over the last two years. Along with other accredited Porsche Centre Managers globally, Howard will now be at the forefront of future changes in the business. His new skills and knowledge will be vital in leading the Porsche Centre Preston team.”
