KINGSWOOD HOMES TURNS UP HEAT FOR BUYERS

Kingswood Homes is offering to pay the energy bills of new customers for 12 months at its developments in Feniscowles and Hoddlesden.

New customers to Kingswood Homes won’t have to worry about heating their homes for 12 months thanks to a new offer that’s been made available.

Sales director, Lesley Myers said: “In a bid to help ease the cost-of-living crisis, we want to offer potential customers something that will truly benefit them. Not having to pay energy bills for a year may mean that they can use this money towards something they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to do such as a family holiday or furnish their new home.”

The offer is valid at Green Hills in Feniscowles and Spinners Brook in Hoddlesden.

At Green Hills, there are two ranges offering different styles of homes. The Farmstead Range is inspired by traditional Lancashire farmsteads and barns whereas the newly launched Homestead Range offer more traditional exteriors with classical finishes.

Kingswood Homes.

Spinners Brook will offer 79 new homes from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom family homes.

All homes available under this offer can also be customised internally by customers thanks to Kingswood’s innovative Shape Your Home concept.

Lesley added: “One home that is included in this offer is a Dovecote 4+ from our Farmstead Range. This three-storey, four-bedroom home has a unique multi-level garden that makes the most of Green Hills’ hillside location.

“The garden includes a lower-level patio that is accessed from the first of the four double bedrooms and from the kitchen on the first floor, bi-fold doors open out onto the upper-level garden which homeowners access over their very own bridge.”

This home is priced from £319,995. To find out more please visit www.kingswoodhomes.uk.com/homes/dovecote-4
