NEW NAME FOR SARAH BOOTH HR

Preston based business advisors, Sarah Booth HR has undergone a make-over and relaunched as HR savvy.

Sarah Booth HR Consultancy is a long-established advisor to the county’s business owners, guiding SME’s on navigating the highs and lows of human resources and employment law.

In 2014, Sarah Booth HR was acquired under the new ownership of Tracey Murphy, who retained the Sarah Booth HR brand, building on its success and driving the business to achieve year on year growth.

In 2016, Tracey commissioned Clitheroe based IQ4 Business to carry out independent research, as to the merits of rebranding the business. On the back of this, with the help of growth voucher funding from Boost Business Lancashire, Preston based Bespoke Digital Agency and We Are Bird Consultancy were appointed to deliver a complete rebrand package comprising a new name and online offering.

HR Savvy provides a range of HR services for employers, from advice on bullying and harassment, warnings and dismissals to employee contracts and sickness absence management. Its clients are predominately within the social enterprise, charity or private sectors and the company acts as a HR function for businesses that don’t have an in-house HR facility, or works closely with HR departments, assisting on specific projects.

Tracey Murphy says: “I want to express my thanks to the fantastic talent involved in the rebrand.  I’m proud to work with the great people and companies we have in the region and the finished result of HR savvy is testament to the commitment, creativity and passion they all have as well as the ability to work in partnership with other organisations.

“Special thanks also goes to Sarah Booth herself, who continues to be a great supporter and is still an advocate of the business.”
