Cleanroomshop.com announced as finalists for eCommerce Awards

Cleanroomshop.com, the consumables division of industry leading cleanroom manufacturer, Connect 2 Cleanrooms has been announced as finalists for the national eCommerce Awards for Excellence 2017.

The company has been shortlisted for Best B2B eCommerce and Medium eCommerce Company of the Year, at the awards where the very best online retailers, online companies, agencies, innovations, products and campaigns the ecommerce industry has to offer are celebrated.

As the first national award Connect 2 Cleanrooms has entered, the eCommerce Awards, run by UBM, is now in its 9th year and hosts hundreds of key players to recognise and honour the brilliant achievements of their industry peers.

Managing Director, Joe Govier comments ‘Entering an award like this is a great opportunity to look back at everything we have accomplished over the past 12 months. As the first eCommerce platform in the cleanroom industry and following a recent redevelopment, up against well established companies, we are delighted to have made it to this final stage. The eCommerce Awards have a brilliant reputation, being a finalist is a great achievement in itself, and naturally we’d like to win!”

This news comes at a very exciting time for Cleanroomshop.com and Connect 2 Cleanrooms.  Now in its 15th year, the Lancaster-based firm is aiming for rapid growth targets by 2020 with the aim to double in size.  ‘The introduction of the bespoke e-commerce platform which is fully implemented with our CRM and accounts software is key to our growth plans.  It shows our customers that we understand their needs and we are able to help achieve them’ states Joe.

Winners will be announced at their prestigious award ceremony, which takes place at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square on Wednesday 27th September 2017.
