Marllm Joins Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network While Accelerating Towards £1M Annual Revenue

LONDON, UK, July 14, 2026 – London AI growth studio Marllm has been accepted into Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network as an official partner, highlighting the company’s growing position within enterprise AI. The announcement reflects increasing demand from real estate businesses looking to implement AI solutions that deliver measurable digital growth.

The new partnership follows a period of significant business growth as Marllm continues helping property companies integrate AI into their content and marketing operations.

“It feels like the start of a new era,” said Jolanta Jas, Director of Marllm.

“Enterprise AI is moving into production across every sector, and real estate is at its core. The brands that win will be the ones recommended inside AI answers, and we build the content and workflows that get them there.”

The latest recognition complements several recent achievements. Marllm is forecast to achieve £1 million in revenue before the end of the year. The company has also been recognised by UK Innovate Edge as a high-growth innovative startup, generated revenue from its first day through Antler, and attracted investment from globally recognised B2B SaaS firms TinySeed and MicroConf.

Speaking during her award-winning keynote presentation at GenAI London, Jolanta outlined how businesses are increasingly using AI-enhanced workflows to generate enquiries at scale through recommendations delivered by ChatGPT, Perplexity and similar AI platforms.

Client performance is reinforcing that approach. One luxury short stay accommodation platform adopted Marllm’s AI-assisted listings process to produce 7,500 detailed content and listing pages tailored to buyer questions. Following the rollout, the company reported receiving hundreds of enquiries referred through AI assistants.

“I’m getting billionaire customer referrals from ChatGPT,” the company’s director said.

With expertise spanning AI software architecture and AI marketing, Jas supports businesses that need practical guidance in responding to the rapid evolution of AI search and digital customer acquisition.
