Leading North West Project + Building Consultancy Anderton Gables are pleased to announce the appointment of Dilapidations Specialist John MacMillan.
John has over 15 years’ experience within the commercial property market acting on behalf of a diverse range of occupiers and property owners.
John has extensive experience in technical advisory matters including landmark dilapidations claims of up to £10m and pre-acquisition building surveys of individual properties and portfolio transactions up to £50m.
Anderton Gables work with clients such as BAE Systems, Trafford Housing Trust, Boohoo.com, Manchester Airport Group, Travis Perkins and Places for People.

John MacMillan joins AG from RLB in Sheffield after 12 years with Gerald Eve’s Manchester Office.
