Bleep launch new ISO Merchant Services and Card Payments Division

Bleep UK PLC, the designer and manufacturer of EPOS solutions based in Leyland, Lancashire, has today announced the launch of their new Independent Sales Organisation (ISO) and Merchant Services Provider (MSP), Bleep Payments.

Bleep has launched their new payments division as a result of client feedback, client demands, an ambitious growth strategy and also the changing industry that they operate in.

Bleep Payments will offer simple and straightforward merchant services with fast, secure and reliable card payment terminals, which can either be integrated with Bleep EPOS, with other EPOS providers, or as standalone card processing devices. Primarily, Bleep Payments will be catering for the core Bleep UK PLC target markets of retail and hospitality, but their main point of difference will also come in the form of short term and flexible contracts for events, sports and entertainment establishments.

In addition, the launch of Bleep Payments now means that they can provide fully integrated card payment devices and EPOS terminals. This direct integration has real tangible benefits for businesses in the shape of faster processing of transactions, speedier service times and a reduction in manual keying errors.

Ian Webb who will head up the new department and has over 25 years experience in the payments and banking industries, most recently at Global Payments and this launch has resulted in five new jobs created.

Ian Webb, Head of Bleep Payments, “With the growth of card payments, there are more opportunities to deliver added value for businesses who require simple and effective merchant services and payment processing.”

“Whilst we recognise the competitive nature of the industry, we feel we offer something different to what is already established in the marketplace by providing any point of sale need in one place. Bleep really can provide end-to-end solutions for all our clients EPOS and Payments needs.”

John Wellman, Group CEO of Bleep added, “Payments are not a new thing for Bleep. Don’t forget, in 2012 at the London Olympic Games we pioneered the launch of contactless payments in the UK alongside Visa and Ingenico.”

“The launch of Bleep Payments highlights our dedication to the industry, commitment to quality and innovation and our customer focussed approach. Every year we invest heavily in research and development to continue offering high quality EPOS and Payment solutions and we are constantly looking at ways we can enhance our offering. The launch of Bleep Payment is just one of them.”

Bleep Payments is now fully operational with a number of successful installs already deployed including Middleborough FC, the Principality Stadium, Wimbledon, the World Athletics Championships and many of this summer’s UK music festivals.
