Garstang business expands with new Southport office

Garstang business, Key Mortgage Advice, are proud to announce the opening of a new office in Southport on Monday 30st of October, meaning they will have offices in three emerging North West hot spots by the end of 2017.

“Southport currently has huge development potential and we’ll be seeing a lot of business growth here over the next few years”, business owner Sharon Duckworth explained: “and with that potential comes a lot of people who will be seeking genuine, trustworthy property advice”.

With offices currently in Garstang and Bamber Bridge, Key Mortgage Advice have helped thousands of existing and aspiring homeowners for over ten years. This expansion comes at a time when the housing market may be uncertain nationally, but recent reports suggest that it is booming in the North. Duckworth sees this new location as an opportunity for Key Mortgage Advice to clear the fog around this topic in Merseyside after their continued success in Lancashire.

Sharon continued: “So much has changed in the housing market since Key Mortgage Advice was established in 2001, but what has remained constant is our strong reputation for providing trusted advice, we can’t wait to open our new office and offer this service to Southport residents.”

The company believes that in order to find the perfect mortgage, it’s important to know the individual, and it is hoped that this pioneering methodology will be well received in Southport. Initial consultations are available free of charge, and from the 30th of October they will be taking place in the new Southport office, in addition to the offices at Bamber Bridge and Garstang.
