Transmission business support programme holds its latest event at AMS Neve

Earlier this year, the University of Central Lancashire launched the Transmission project. It is a European Regional Development Funded (ERDF) programme. The Transmission project’s latest scheduled event focusing on data analysis for businesses was held on Wednesday 6 June in East Lancashire.

This innovative leadership and development programme brought together business leaders from a number of Lancashire SMEs looking to find out more about the current and future impact of data for businesses.

“I thoroughly enjoyed this collaboratory from the Transmission team and, like both of their events that I have been to so far, found it to be really thought provoking. As a way of raising awareness about some of the current technological and organisational challenges faced by SMEs, data analysis was a particularly relevant topic to choose. I am looking forward to their next one,” said Deyrick Allen, Managing Director of IoT Horizon in Rossendale.

During the event it was announced that the Transmission+ programme, a more intensive version of Transmission, will be launched from 5th July.
