Will Hale, CEO, Key Retirement said: “With the equity release and broader later life lending markets continuing to grow rapidly, it is essential that we have the right leaders in place to make sure we continue to evolve our advice proposition and offer a consistently high level of service to our customers. Ian brings with him extensive knowledge of the regulated mortgage market and will use this experience to help us continue to build our offering and develop our people.  He will be a great asset to our team as well as our customers and I look forward to working with him.”
