KRS awarded Alcumus SafeContractor accreditation

Blackpool-based Rigging and production specialist, KRS Group, has been awarded Alcumus SafeContractor accreditation, for achieving excellence in health and safety in the workplace.

Alcumus SafeContractor is the leading third-party accreditation scheme that recognises contractors for taking responsibility for their legal health and safety requirements. It’s used by thousands of organisations from varying industries across the UK.

Sven Knight, Managing Director comments; “Health and safety is paramount for KRS in all areas of our business. The SafeContractor accreditation marks an important milestone for us. We pride ourselves in our activity and service and it’s important for us to know that our employees have a safe environment to work in.

“The schemes approach means that managing health and safety issues is more efficient and reduces the risk of unsafe working practices. The accreditation displays our commitment to both our clients and employees alike and we’re delighted that our efforts in health and safety have been recognised in this way.”
