Lloyd BMW reveals new BMW 8 Series Coupé

Lloyd BMW, which has dealerships in Colne, Blackpool and Grange-over-Sands, has announced it is to offer the brand-new BMW 8 Series Coupé.

To be officially launched in December this year, the BMW 8 Series Coupé will be the new flagship model for the German vehicle manufacturer. Further expanding BMW’s range into the luxury performance car market, this make of car was first engineered for the racetrack, resulting in a powerful, dynamic and exhilarating model, which has now been developed as a luxury Coupé.

Not seen since 1999, the new BMW 8 Series range will be available with BMW’s all-wheel-drive system, xDrive, and two powerful diesel and petrol engines, with the range topping M850i, producing 523bhp from a 4.4-litre V8.

Stephanie de Looze, Lloyd BMW’s Marketing Manager said: “BMW developed the car and competed successfully in races, then used this experience to develop a road version.

“The BMW 8 Series Coupé combines an imposing exterior with poise, assurance and luxury over long distances and opens a further chapter in the brand’s successful sports car history.

‘’It offers our customers the perfect combination of a dynamic sports car with genuine luxury. It’s the very essence of a BMW Coupé.”
