Lloyd Colne BMW named number one in the country for customer service

Lloyd Colne BMW is celebrating after achieving the top position in terms of customer satisfaction.

The BMW Sales department at the Colne based dealer has been number one for customer service throughout the whole of 2018 above any other BMW dealer in the country based on a customer feedback scoring process.

Customers are invited by BMW UK to review their car buying experience and Lloyd Colne BMW have achieved the highest total score based on customers reviews, personal opinions and a comprehensive scoring system.

Iain Booth, Lloyd Colne BMW Head of Business commented; “Here at Lloyd, we understand the importance of our customers, without happy customers we wouldn’t have a business. The dedicated team are focused on customer satisfaction and that is demonstrated in our customer service scores and repeat custom which we would like to thank all our customers for.”

This isn’t the first accolade with regards to delivering an outstanding customer service experience that Lloyd has been recognised for. Last year, Lloyd was named globally as the best ‘BMW Retailer in Customer Care’ at the prestigious worldwide BMW Excellence in Sales Awards, held in Munich.

Recent customer feedback published on the Lloyd Colne BMW website read: “Again, Superb experience at Lloyd Colne. They couldn’t have been more helpful and offered an extended handover with the genius to allow me to understand all the functions.”

A reflection of the five-star customer service that Lloyd is dedicated to providing.

Lloyd Colne is one of Lloyd Motor Group’s six BMW and MINI centres, the other five of which are in Blackpool, Carlisle, Cockermouth, Newcastle and South Lakes.  With retailers representing other leading automotive brands across the North of England and South of Scotland, this family-owned and-run business prides itself on its friendly and professional approach, which has been evident across the organisation since it was founded over four decades ago.
