Flavour Warehouse Ltd. recently kindly donated £2000 to Blackburn Foodbank to help fund their incredible Covid-19 relief efforts.
Blackburn Foodbank works with local Churches and communities to provide emergency food and support to people in crisis.
Ros Dueren, Operations Manager at Blackburn Foodbank, said: “This money will enable us to purchase food to make up our food parcels. Our parcels are for people who are referred to us by over 150 referral agencies throughout Blackburn and Darwen who have found themselves in food crisis or poverty.
“Thank you for your support. We are incredibly grateful and your donation will enable us to continue to feed people in crisis in Blackburn and Darwen.”
Phil Boyle, Managing Director at Flavour Warehouse Ltd., said: “We’re very happy to be able to help the local community here in Blackburn.
