Jonie, who joins as an associate solicitor in the firm’s Lancaster office, has specific expertise in property acquisitions and disposals and development finance and will advise clients across the region.
She joins Harrison Drury from Marsden Rawsthorn having returned to her native Lancashire from the South East, where she qualified with leading London law firm Addleshaw Goddard.
With specialisms in investment and development work and arranging real estate finance, she has extensive experience in freehold and leasehold property transactions, refinancing projects and secured lending.

This is especially at a time when market conditions are causing flux in the property market and getting the right advice is vital.
“Her appointment brings our commercial property team to 29 members and further strengthens our presence in Lancaster.”

When away from the office, Jonie enjoys an eclectic interest in music, playing the piano and singing. She also has a keen interest in sport and outdoor pursuits. Jonie speaks fluent French and regularly holidays in the south of France.
