Newton-le-Willows-based Kingdom merges its technology and systems divisions to create sector-leading service

Newton-le-Willows-based Kingdom has merged its technology and systems companies to create a sector-leading service, which is now operating under the sole name of Kingdom Systems.

The strategic merge sees current Kingdom Systems Managing Director, Iain Macintosh, leading the combined divisions with all colleagues retaining their roles.

Kingdom Systems Managing Director, Iain Macintosh, said: “I am delighted to be spearheading the new, combined technology and systems division. It’s a really interesting and exciting time in our strategic growth for the Group, and we’re very much looking forward to playing a key role in realising our ambitions.”

The merge will enable Kingdom to provide a specialist, bespoke service to their technology and systems customers but do so more collaboratively within one division and one team, which will have many obvious benefits for Kingdom customers such as a single point of contact and a greater holistic view and understanding of the business.

Today’s announcement means the new combined divisions will also gain from greater expertise, enhanced offerings, specialist knowledge, opportunities and all the added value benefits that come from a 7000+ colleague and £250m turnover organisation.

The industries Kingdom Systems cover include construction, commercial, government and infrastructure. Within these, Kingdom Systems are working with sector-leading companies, groups and organisations to provide CCTV, fire, access control, intruder alarms and barrier systems.

Iain added: “We are truly proud of what we’ve created. As Managing Director for Kingdom Systems, it will be my job to make sure the new Kingdom Systems division operates efficiently and seamlessly to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients.”

As Kingdom Systems is part of the wider Kingdom Services Group, the new division will operate in a UK-wide network of 18 offices including Glasgow, Birmingham, London, Edinburgh and Belfast with their National Support and Command Centre based at Newton-le-Willows. Kingdom also operates in India.
