H&H Land & Estates, one of Cumbria’s leading independent property agencies, announces the appointment of Alex Bibby as the Property Valuer for the South Lakes.
This is a significant appointment for the company and, based in the Kendal office, Alex will be responsible for building on the strong reputation H&H Land & Estates holds and further developing property sales and lettings across the South Lakes area.
Having spent nearly 20 years working within the property industry, Alex brings with him a wealth of experience. He joins H&H Land and Estates from Michael Moon Estate Agents, where he managed all aspects of sales progression from initial contact through to completion. In this role he also gained an immense knowledge of the importance of utilising both traditional and digital media to market a property, which included video production and virtual sales.
With offices in Carlisle, Cockermouth, Durham, Kendal, Keswick, and Penrith, H&H Land & Estates offers a complete range of property services including sales, lettings and valuations, for all types of property from residential, rural, land and commercial property; they are regularly responsible for some of Cumbria’s most significant property sales and auctions, and on joining the company Alex will utilise his expertise to further develop the sales and maximise potential for all customers.
Alex, who lives with his wife in Kendal, likes to spend his spare time in the great ou hen not on a bike Alex will instead be found running or walking, in the fells, to explore new areas.
