ADVICE ON HAND FOR HOMEBUYERS IN GREATER MANCHESTER

EXPERT help will be available for potential homebuyers at a ‘final remaining homes’ event in Mosley Common this January.

Hosted by Redrow on Sunday, January 8, the event will feature advice on mortgages and help to sell for would-be homeowners.

Taking place from 4pm – 6.30pm at Redrow’s Bridgewater View, mortgage advisors and the Redrow team will be on hand to offer free advice and give further information on the final properties available at the development.

“Bridgewater View has been a very popular choice amongst home buyers in Greater Manchester,” said Sian Pitt, sales director at Redrow Lancashire.

“We have been on site for over six years now and we’re down to our final properties here, it’s a very exciting time.

“We understand navigating the property market and mortgage applications can be tricky so that’s why we’ll have experts on hand. We will also be offering complimentary cake and prosecco and everyone who joins us will get the chance to win some exclusive deals on our spin the wheel game.”

One of the experts attending on the day is Andrew Mannion, from RSC New Homes Ltd: “This is a great opportunity for potential homebuyers to learn more about the various schemes available, such as green mortgages, a discounted mortgage scheme for people buying energy efficient new build homes.

“We are also here to talk through any mortgage worries and also discuss mortgage rates for first time buyers too.”

Bridgewater View is an ideal location for those looking to move out of the city centre, while the guided busway provides an easy route back in for Manchester commuters.
