Lexxic Presents: “Take Action, Make Impact: Cultivating a Neuro-Inclusive Workplace” in Honour of National Inclusion Week

Lexxic, a trailblazing neurodiversity consultancy committed to aiding businesses in establishing diverse and neuro-inclusive work environments, is set to host an engaging webinar on September 27, 2023, from 12pm to 1pm, to coincide with National Inclusion Week. Founded by Inclusive Employers, this week-long event centres on celebrating inclusion while emphasising the importance of inclusive workplaces.

Under this year’s theme “Take Action, Make Impact,” individuals and organisations are encouraged to consider actionable steps that can create a positive influence on others. National Inclusion Week prompts organisations to actively contribute to crafting an atmosphere where each individual’s distinctive perspective is valued and embraced.

With around 1 in 7 individuals in the UK and Ireland identifying as having a neurodifference, awareness of the significance of inclusivity is burgeoning. Lexxic recognises the imperative for organisations to cultivate a workplace culture that embraces all forms of thinking, ensuring neurodivergent individuals feel a profound sense of belonging.

Lexxic’s forthcoming webinar, titled “How to Create a Neuro-Inclusive Culture at Work,” will equip attendees with practical insights on constructing a culture of neuro-inclusion that permeates every facet of the employee journey.

This interactive session will delve into defining neuro-inclusion and underscoring its pivotal role in shaping organisational culture. It will offer strategies for organisations to embark on and advance their pursuit of neuro-inclusion. The webinar will also spotlight the myriad advantages of fostering a neuro-inclusive environment, including its impact on neurodivergent individuals. Additionally, Lexxic’s expertise in guiding organisations on their neuro-inclusion journey will be showcased.

The interactive nature of the webinar will allow participants to actively engage in the discourse, pose questions to the host and neurodiversity experts present during the session.

“At Lexxic, we firmly believe that genuine progress towards a more inclusive world begins within the confines of every workplace,” remarked Brooke Elias, Director of Marketing and Communication at Lexxic.

“Our webinar is designed to equip organisations with the knowledge and strategies they need to embrace neurodiversity and establish an environment where every mind finds its place.”

This informative event promises to mark a significant stride towards heightened workplace inclusivity. For further information and registration details, please visit Take Action, Make Impact: How to Create a Neuro-inclusive Culture at Work (lexxic.com).
